Our Adult dance and fitness classes are designed for the complete beginner through to the advanced dancer. classes provide an effective and balanced workout and most muscles within the body are used. Its benefits include both the physical and mental, leading to weight loss, cardiovascular health, mental clarity, increases balance flexibility, strength, and an overall sense of well-being.
It has many social benefits including self-confidence, improve social interaction, and the ability to attend more parties and make more friends.
